I'm here to stand up for small businesses and help you fight for the American Dream.
Hi, I’m Sam. I’m an immigrant—my parents came to the U.S. when I was a year and a half old and built a small business from nothing. My dad worked four jobs, my mom worked two, and they built a life through pure grit.
Their biggest problem wasn’t the work, it was people. Finding the right people without getting screwed over. I saw how hard they worked, how much they gave, and how unfair the system can be for small business owners who just want a better life for their family and community.
That’s why I started Human Elements—to stand up for small businesses, to give them the support, systems, and people they need to do what big companies can, only better.

Our story
The Human Elements philosophy
The name Human Elements came from something I’ve believed for a long time—that business is, at its core, human.
No matter how much technology we build or how advanced things get, at the end of the day, businesses are made of people. And when those people are aligned, connected, and supported by the right systems, there’s really nothing they can’t accomplish.
I’ve always believed the ancients were a lot smarter than we are. They understood that everything in the world comes down to four elements - earth, water, air, and fire.
