Samuel I. Tanios
Founder, and President – Human Elements
Born and Raised in Chicago, Sam I. Tanios has worked since 1990 improving the profitability of businesses, from small startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Proficient in sales, marketing, training, and all aspects of of human resources management, Sam’s hands-on background of building successful teams within a corporate environment, recruiting and retaining valuable talent, and creating, refining, and streamlining systems to enhance employee experiences and performance.
Beginning his career as a sales agent for State Mutual of America, Sam met and exceeded the goals set for him. As Senior Instructor at the Chicago Board of Trade he was responsible for developing and implementing learning programs for key trade execution and clearing systems. As a recruiter for RHI Consulting Sam created viable pools of talent for various corporations.
In 1997 Sam was co-founder of CheckMate, a human resources outsourcing services company, responsible for new business development, sales and all aspects of developing new products, services and strategies for company’s human resources needs.
Since 2006 Sam has worked as Regional Business Development Manager for CBIZ Human Capital Services, and as Vice President, Client Services Consultant for Right Management,creating multi-million dollar profit pipelines, developing key executive / client relationships, creating appropriate hr materials, managing deliverables, and fostering growth and profitability for a variety of businesses.
Sam created HUMAN ELEMENTS in 2009 to respond to the always-changing needs and issues in the modern, hectic business world, customizing solutions and creating corporate atmospheres that attract and retain top talent, mazimizing the desirability, growth, and profitability of companies with fresh ideas and smart innovation.
